Let a little bit of water boil, then pour the frozen portions of chicory contained into the pack and wait for the water to return boiling, remove the lid from the pot and leave it cooking for about 10 minutes over medium heat. Drain it, then dress or cook it as desired. Chicory is very good in an eggs and Pecorino-cheese omelette, in broth with meatballs, gratin, in a fresh broad beans puree or sautéed with garlic, oil and chili pepper.
