As the entire line of “le Passate” MAGE, even this item is made with Italian natural ingredients only, without using additives, artificial flavorings nor preservatives and it is dressed with just extra virgin Italian olive oil and a pinch of salt. It can be enjoyed by everybody, children, grandparents, vegetarians and vegans.

Provenienza

Selected, certified and traced open field cultivations, mainly located in the pleasant Tronto river valley (on the Marche region side) and in the other middle-Adriatic regions.

Preparazione consigliata

Pour the frozen product in a pan over medium heat and cook for about 6 minutes, stirring every once in a while.

To potentially enrich the dish, it is possible to serve it up with herbs or with the “classic” toasted bread dices.

Please remember that the dish is already tasty as it is, but for people who don’t have preclusions, salt can be added in order to enrich the soup’s taste
