Let a little bit of water boil, then pour the frozen product into the pot and wait for the water to return boiling. Then remove the lid and leave it cooking for about 4 minutes over moderate heat. Drain it, then dress or cook it as desired. They can be eaten even without being boiled before: it is enough to make a sauté with onion and ham, add the peas and ladle of hot water, add salt, then cook adding a marjoram sprig.
