Let a little bit of water boil, then pour the frozen product into the pot and wait for the water to return boiling, then remove the lid and leave it cooking for about 4 minutes over moderate heat. Drain it, then dress or cook it as desired.
They can be even be tasted without boiling them: just make a sauté with onion and ham, add the peas with a ladle of hot water, add a pinch of salt, then finish cooking adding a little marjoram sprig.
